David of “Adrian Flux Insurance Services” was asked to sponsor the “Judy Woolfenden (MBE) Dog Sledding Tour”, which he kindly did, he was also asked if he would like to join the challenge.
David asked Stephen Thrower & Julian Howard to join him on the challenge which would be for Megan’s Challenge. They flew from Heathrow Airport on the 23rd February 2012 for this challenge and would be away for 5 days. The challenge consisted of traveling 110 kilometres over 3 days with temperatures normally ranging between -10c & -40c in a group of 10 people, each person had a sleigh and 4 Husky Dogs.
The total raised is an amazing £33,380 an incredible amount, without David Flux and all the generous sponsors this would not of been achievable. With some of the money we have been able to donate £2,500 to Judy Woolfenden (MBE) Challenges and also send Kye English and family on holiday. More recently we have donated £6,703 to Macmillan’s Palliative Daycare (King’s Lynn).
